Terms of Service
By downloading or using Catchi, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Catchi is an entertainment app: hypothetical “would you take it?” dilemmas, optional negotiation offers, Pass & Play, and online rooms. Content is fictional and for discussion — not advice, offers of real money, or binding contracts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. The in-app age declaration is a requirement of use, not identity verification.
3. Accounts
Connected builds use anonymous guest authentication. You are responsible for activity under your guest session on your device. You may delete server-linked data from Settings; see Delete data.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse votes, rooms, reports, or APIs (automation, spam, evasion of uniqueness rules).
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to Catchi systems or other players’ data.
- Do not use Catchi for illegal activity.
- Reports should be made in good faith.
5. Content
Dilemma text, branding, and related materials are owned by Bylishi or its licensors. You may share Catchi links and images for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the library or republish substantial content without permission.
User-generated room nicknames must not include illegal or abusive content. We may remove rooms or content that violate these Terms.
6. Predictions and results
Catchi Predictions and community percentages are entertainment estimates or tallies — not scientific claims and not guarantees of how “people” would act offline.
7. Free service and advertising
Catchi is free to download and has no in-app purchases. To support the service, adults may see a bottom banner on the main tabs through Unity LevelPlay mediation (including ironSource, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network). Ads are not shown before the 18+ confirmation, on the under-18 screen, or during Pass & Play and online rooms. There are no interstitial or rewarded full-screen ads in the current version. How ad partners process device data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
Catchi is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bylishi disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bylishi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from use of Catchi.
10. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Catchi and delete local/server data at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Governing law and venue may depend on your consumer rights where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer protections.
